PNK Group is the group specializing in investments into construction of own industrial parks where the complete range of a product is presented at the market of the industrial and warehouse real estate of class "A":

  • classical speculative warehouses,
  • industrial complexes,
  • build-to-suit projects for leasing or sale and also
  • multitemperature warehouses.

The vertically integrated structure of PNK Group integrates the investment, developer, construction, production and managing companies.

Projects

In a portfolio of PNK Group of 30 industrial parks. Are put into operation and there are at different stages of construction objects with a total area more than 5 million sq.m in Russia, Europe and the USA.

In the Moscow region of PNK Group develops nine projects — "PNK Medvedkovo Park" in the territory of Moscow, "PNK park white Rast" on Dmitrovskoye Highway, "PNK park northern Sheremetyevo" on Rogachevskoye Highway, "PNK park Valishchevo" on Simferopolskoye Highway, "PNK park Sofyino" and "PNK park Zhukovsky" on Novoryazanskoye Highway, "PNK park new Riga" on Novorizhskoye Highway, "PNK park Pushkino" on Yaroslavskoye Highway and "PNK park Stupino" near the federal highway M4 "Don".

PNK Group has four own plants on production of the basic structural elements of the building which capacities allow to build more than 1 million sq.m of the industrial real estate a year.

Since 2012 all buildings built by PNK Group conform to international standards of FM Global.

History

2012: Large deal with NCC

In July, 2012 it became known that National Computer Corporation signed the agreement with PNK Group concerning purchase of a warehouse complex of the class A+ more than 58,000 sq.m in the industrial park of PNK-Vnukovo. The B.I.D.S. Ltd company acted as the exclusive consultant representing the interests of NCC throughout the transaction. The interests of PNK Group were represented by the international consulting company Knight Frank. Commissioning of the object is scheduled at the beginning of the II quarter 2013.

According to experts of Knight Frank company, the product PNK Group is the most liquid in the market of the industrial real estate today. "Despite the expectations of the second wave of crisis amplifying recently, the number of transactions on objects of PNK Group continues to grow. We observed the stable product demand of PNK Group also during crisis of 2008. Consumers understand that the qualitative highly liquid warehouse provides significant savings on operating expenses and directly affects efficiency of core business of the company that is especially important in the period of the general financial instability", - the associate director of department of the warehouse and industrial real estate, the earth of Knight Frank company Anton Repin considers.

According to the partner of company B.I.D.S., Maxim of Shakirov, this transaction is the largest among acquisitions of objects of the industrial real estate by end users in the Russian market for the last few years. "The uniqueness of this transaction is that National Computer Corporation the first in the segment decided to implement the project of such volume in the build-to-suit format (construction under requirements of the customer). Success of implementation of transactions in this format is possible only when one party is ready to hear requirements and expectations of other party, to be flexible and to make a compromise. This format will allow National Computer Corporation to receive a modern warehouse complex of class "A" which will correspond completely to plans of holding", - Mr. Shakirov adds.

In this PNK Group project a number of the technological solutions answering to specific business challenges of NCC is implemented. In particular, it is the individual general architecture including service centers, workshops and zones of special storage and also existence of specialized ramps with an asphalt level raising on the platform for comfortable unloading of melkotonnazhny transport.

It allows to offer users the complete range of a product in the field of the industrial real estate according to their individual requirements, actually creating "shops of industrial buildings" - the chief executive of PNK Group Oleg Mamayev noted.
