History

2016 - 2017

According to the results of work in 2016 goods turnover on the railroad in port made 61.8 million tons. In 2017 the railway operator of the port of Ust-Luga of JSC PUL trans provided processing of 68.2 million tons of a load.

In 2016 - 2017 JSC PUL trans actively developed the direction of transport logistics services and took part in a number of sign transport projects of the Russian and international scale. Among them:

• delivery on five 8-axis 120-ton railway areal conveyors of the heavy equipment to the Baltic NPP, using railway ferry traffic Ust-Luga – Baltiysk;
• transportation of metalwork for construction of stadium in Kaliningrad within preparation for the FIFA World Cup in 2018;
• transportation on specialized cars-shtripsovozakh of the large-format steel sheets intended for production of pipes within construction of gas pipelines in the Black Sea and on Baltika;
• transportation of the heavy oversized equipment from Europe, through Seaport Ust-Luga with further sending by rail on the specialized rolling stock, to the Russian and Kazakh clients;
• delivery of different batches of special loads to export from the CIS countries through Ust-Luga port.

For the purpose of increase in activity of young workers in the solution of the production and social tasks facing staff of the enterprise in 2016 the initiative group of staff of the company organized Youth board of JSC PUL trans.

Further, at the initiative of Youth board of JSC PUL trans for consolidation of efforts and coordination of work with youth of the enterprises performing activity in the port of Ust-Luga the Union of Youth of the Port of Ust-Luga (SMP) was created.

2014 - 2015

In 2014 - 2015 JSC PUL trans carried out systematic work on improvement of technologies, implementation of innovations.

For the specified period for increase in level of the rendered services and transfer of business processes to paperless technologies to the companies the new technology - a feed system of requests for carrying out shunting works in the territory of the port of Ust-Luga electronically under the name "ACS of Requests" was implemented.

Fuel locomotive per unit of the performed work and emissions of harmful substances in the atmosphere specialists of the company applied the innovative technical solution to decrease in operating costs, consumption reduction - the Molecular Modifier of Fuel (MMF) which allowed to reduce fuel consumption by 3%.

For the purpose of reduction of wear of a surface of driving of bandages of wheel pairs by locomotives of the company automatic grebnesmazyvatel (AGS-8) were set.

The implemented automated system of electronic pretrip instructing of locomotive crews reduced time spent for transfer of working shifts of employees of JSC PUL trans.

Since 2014 the integrated system of management of JSC PUL trans is certified on compliance to requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011, GOST P ISO 14001-2007, GOST P 54934 - 2012.

For 2015 the railway operator of the port of Ust-Luga of JSC PUL trans provided processing of 58.2 million tons of a load that is 15% more than an indicator of 50.6 million tons in 2014.

2012 - 2013

In Seaport Ust-Luga the Ust-Luzhsky container terminal and the industrial station "Sibur-Portenergo" were put into operation.

Progressively developing business, in 2013 JSC PUL trans expanded the nomenclature of the rendered services with transport-forwarding services and services in formation of technical routes of empty cars of clients.

Providing complex service of forwarding by the principle of "single window" does Seaport Ust-Luga attractive to cargo owners.

2008 - 2010

After start in operation of a complex of bulk loads of JSC Rosneftbunker the POOL trance company broadened the park of locomotives with a shunting locomotive of TEM7 series.

On the automobile and railway ferry complex (ARFC) processing of St. Petersburg-Baltiysk and St. Petersburg-Zasnits ferries, including vykat the trains "Sapsan" arriving ferries from Germany was begun.

The range of types of activity of JSC PUL trans was expanded service of the current maintenance of ways of uncommon use.

2011

JSC "Russian Railways" on the basis of Regulations of interaction transferred to POOL trance company functions of the uniform shunting operator of a railway component of Seaport Ust-Luga.

The park of locomotives of the company grew to 5 units of the traction rolling stock. In comparison with 2010 the average daily number of the processed cars increased by 3.5 times, and locomotive performance in ton-kilometers – twice.

2007

The POOL trance company began the activity, having in operation of 3 shunting locomotives of TEM2 series, way of uncommon use, staff 54 persons. In 2007 400 thousand tons of a load which came to the address of Universal transshipment facility, the Complex of forest loads and the Complex on an overload of technical sulfur were processed. Core activities were:

• services in giving cleaning of cars,
• services in lease of the locomotive with crew,
• services in execution of transportation documents.

The company undertook functions on the organization and planning of shunting work on the ways of uncommon use, having entered a position of the replaceable shunting manager.
