2021: Automattic purchased Parse.ly
At the beginning of February, 2021 the developer of CMS platforms WordPress VIP (WPVIP) entering into Automattic company announced acquisition of service on analytics and optimization of content of online publishers of Parse.ly. Financial parts of the transaction are not disclosed.
Parse.ly offers users access to more than 30 unique metrics for tracking of performance of content, including the number of viewings, interaction time, conversion, activity on social networks. The system of content analytics Parse.ly includes a multifunction control panel, the powerful mechanism of the reporting and the flexible platform for developers.
WPVIP expressed the intention to integrate the system of content analytics Parse.ly with own set of analytical tools that will bring benefit as to the existing customer base of WPVIP, and users of Parse.ly who will get access to WPVIP. The new joint division the existing CEO of WordPress will head a VIP Nickname Gernert.
In 2021 WPVIP is going to implement innovations in the field of development of the corporate websites WordPress and also analytics tools for editors, journalists, corporate marketing specialists and content marketing specialists.[1]
