Liquidation of the GAUK "Penza Regional Philharmonic"
On December 30, 2013, the Governor of the Penza Region Vasily Bochkarev signed a decree on the liquidation of the State Autonomous Institution of Culture "Penza Regional Philharmonic"[1] In the building of the former regional philharmonic, a project called "House of Youth" was implemented.
Opening of GAUK PO Penzakontsert
