According to Khudchenko, the Ministry of Health, together with law enforcement agencies, is working to promptly restore the information system and provide preferential categories of citizens with medicines. At the same time, on July 14, 2023, the regional Ministry of Health found it difficult to name the approximate timing of the restoration of the system of dispensing preferential drugs and the possible reasons for the hacker attack.

Ovita.ru employees reported that the sale of drugs was temporarily suspended in all branches for an indefinite time.
