Production of chemical products: trikhlorsilana, polycrystalline and single-crystal silicon, silicon plates, FEP (photo-electric transformers), modules of solar batteries.

History

1959 - start on "The Zaporizhia Titanium-magnesium works" of the pilot line of production of poluprovodniky silicon

1964 - commisioning of full-scale production of semiconductor silicon on imported raw materials – tetrachlorsilane (four-chloride silicon)

1967 - commisioning of trial workshop on production of a trikhlorsilan, ensuring production of a polysilicon with self-produced raw materials.

1991 - "Zaporizhia Titano-magniyevom the plant" manufactures 2.1% of the world supply of a polysilicon, the only producer in the USSR of a high-net trikhlorsilan (THS)

19?? - 1997 - production of solar cells, including by request of NDI "Power engineering specialists" at DGU Dnipropetrovsk.

1998 - production of semiconductor silicon on KP "Zaporizhia Titanium-magnesium works" was stopped completely.

2002 - it is selected from the structure of "The Zaporizhia Titanium-magnesium works" in JSC Plant of Semiconductors

2005 - FGIU on preprivatization assessment is exposed

2007 - FGIU sells 74.99% of shares for 204.96 million UAH at the starting price of 47.7 million UAH of Silikon LLC of Svetlovodsk. Actions are transferred to the control by Si-invest LLC (Svetlovodsk the Kirovogoradsky Region). Net income of the plant of 0.46 million UAH, net loss - 5.785 million UAH.

2008 - FGIU implements 25% +1 action on the Kiev international stock exchange through Astara LLC. Buyer of Si-Invest. The company from Austria of Aktiv Solar Holding, takes 74.99% of shares at Si-Invest LLC, reconstruction of the plant is begun, vpervy after a stop of the enterprise in 1998 the silicon batch is released
