2025: Dubai Cosmetics Plant Launch

On the territory of the special economic zone "Dubna" (Moscow region) in December 2025, the launch of the new production building of the company "Polex Beauty" took place. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva. The event was part of a large-scale investment project to create a modern complex for the production of cosmetics.

According to Zinovieva, the total volume of the company's investments in the development of its enterprise on the territory of the SEZ exceeded 1.8 billion rubles. The area of ​ ​ the new building reaches 3.5 thousand square meters. m. Its commissioning increased the total area of ​ ​ all production facilities of Polex Beauty in Dubna to 6.5 thousand square meters. m. Ekaterina Zinovieva also noted that the company has created about 200 jobs, including positions for highly qualified specialists in the field of logistics and chemical technology.

According to the ОЭЗ.РФ resource, the main activity of the company is the production of professional hair cosmetics. Polex Beauty products are used both in beauty salons and in everyday life. The process includes, but is not limited to, automated compounding and packaging systems.

The implementation of the project on the territory of the special economic zone, which provides preferential tax conditions for business, allowed Polex Beauty to significantly strengthen its position in the market. As representatives of the ОЭЗ.РФ note with reference to the opinion of experts, the development of such modern industries in the Moscow region contributes to the regional economy by creating new jobs and tax revenues. The project also meets the strategic objectives of import substitution in the segment of consumer goods.^[1]
