History

2025: Opening of the first stage of the industrial park

Instone Development completed the first stage of construction of the Granat industrial park in February 2025, investing ₽1,5 billion in the project. As part of the first stage, two buildings of the Light Industrial format were commissioned with a total area of ​ ​ 22 thousand square meters. m.

The first building with an area of ​ ​ 5.6 thousand square meters. m offers premises from 870 square meters. m, the second building with an area of ​ ​ 16.5 thousand square meters. m is divided into blocks from 1.3 thousand square meters. m. Each block is equipped with its own dock gates and office space on the ground floor.

Industrial Park "Garnet"

The parameters of the premises include a ceiling height of 8 meters, a column pitch of 12×24 meters, a floor load of up to 5 tons per square meter, as well as an input capacity of 0.6 MW.

The industrial park is located near the Central Ring Road and the M-4 Don highway, which provides transport accessibility 15 minutes to Domodedovo Airport and 30 minutes to Moscow.

The representative of Instone Development noted that the implementation of the project plays a key role in the development of the infrastructure of the Moscow region. According to him, the created spaces not only meet the current business requirements, but also contribute to economic growth, attracting investment and creating new jobs. He also stressed that the industrial park will allow small and medium-sized enterprises to access a modern production base, which will increase their competitiveness.

The premises are designed to meet the needs of logistics companies, representatives of e-commerce, classic retail and light production.

As part of the further development of the project, the developer plans to build buildings of the Big Boxes format with a total area of ​ ​ 230 thousand square meters. m. The Garnet project is part of Instone Development's large-scale strategy to create modern industrial spaces that meet current market requirements.[1]
