At the end of June 2023, Pragma, the developer of a digital platform for construction management, Pragmacore announced the attraction of 74 million rubles investments. The funding round was attended by business angels. Their funds will go to further develop the startup platform and scale sales.

According to the managing partner of Pragma, Kirill Polyakov, it is planned to launch three new modules within the platform, which will give an idea of ​ ​ possible risk factors on the project using neural networks and artificial intelligence. With the help of Big Data, it will be possible not only to see these risks, but also to bypass, he said.

Pragmacore is already a link between the customer and the contractor, as well as other project participants and closes the main gaps in other digital solutions for construction: the human factor, the complexity of implementation, errors in documents and systems, inconvenient reporting, - said Polyakov, commenting on the attraction of investments.

The company also recalled that Pragmacore is a cloud solution for managing construction projects. The platform allows you to control the project timing and budget, forming a single information environment and uses built-in machine learning algorithms to determine the open front of work and the expected deadlines for the completion of projects. The use of the platform allows construction companies to reduce construction costs by an average of 7%, according to Pragmacore.

The project was founded in 2021 by Kirill Polyakov and Aleksei Drozdov, in the past - top managers of large construction holdings in the industrial and oil and gas spheres and Alexander Chernyak, an IT entrepreneur with experience in creating digital products. The company has about 100 employees in its offices by June 2023.
