On July 3, 2007 - opening of TsOP of Advertising network of Yandex Profit-Partner. The company on the website emphasized that it wins first place by quantity of additional services which renders for partners of RSYa.

2008

2014: Closing of the company

In July, 2014 it became known that the Profit-Partner company calling itself by TsOP No. 1 of Advertising network of "Yandex" since September, 2014 stops the work. It is said in the statement on the website of the company.

The Advertising Network of "Yandex" (ANY) announced the refusal from the service centers of partners (SCP) in June, 2014. The searcher decided to work independently with all participating sites RSYa, to all of them suggested to pass to direct agreements within a month. Since July 31, 2014 work through TsOP will be completely stopped, so, and demonstration of advertizing on all platforms working through TsOP is stopped.

We thank you in 7 years of fruitful work. We made every effort to provide high-quality service, helped webmasters to develop the websites and to earn more.

When "Yandex" told about the leaving from work through TsOP, Profit-Partner refused to comment that it waits for the company further.

Due to the closing of Profit-Partner asks to pass all platforms to the direct agreement with "Yandex" and to transfer all websites from a free hosting. The company promises to pay all money which will be earned till July 31 inclusive. On September 1, 2014 the website profit-partner.ru will be closed.

The press service of "Yandex" on a question whether contacted Profit-Partner before news about failure from TsOP, whether some other options of joint work were offered them:

On June 23 we warned all TsOPy that since July 31 we pass to cooperation with partners in the direct agreement. We want to provide to participants of Advertising network who are ready to work on quality and to develop, a maximum of direct support.
