One of the perspective ideas of tomorrow concerning any production — digital modeling of assets: creation of virtual copies of real objects which look and function in the same way as their real doubles or prototypes. In modern innovation policy of education more and more broad application is found by computer virtual complexes and digital doubles. Therefore in our organization the new direction of development "Virtual software packages" was open.

The virtual complex is a specialized software in which the three-dimensional models and control panels which are analogs of the real equipment are implemented, allowing to display more visually the principle of work of parts and nodes of the equipment with a possibility of monitoring and change of parameters of basic elements, simulation of faults and deviations of operating parameters from set.

Virtual complexes replace the expensive equipment that does the program by a well-tried, economic and effective remedy of training. In them any models of the equipment from small-size laboratory installations to the whole production lines and workshops of industrial enterprises can be implemented.

At this stage of development virtual complexes support interactive three-dimensional demonstration, cuts and animation of the equipment. In them physically correct visualization, simulation of burning, a current of liquid and gaseous processes is implemented.

In general, the virtual systems are the most effective and the educational tool optimized by criterion Price/quality which is productively creating the modern and strong knowledge, practical skills demanded by market economy of the developed countries.

According to implementation of the Industry 4.0 in the Russian enterprises universal implementation of technologies of virtual reality during creation of exercise machines and emulators in the different industries is planned further.

Further development of technology will provide emergence of completely wireless solutions and failure from controllers and transition to native entry methods using the user's extremities.

Merge of technology of virtual (VR) and augmented reality (AR) for expansion of a framework of a virtual environment, formation of the concept of the Mixed reality (MR). Parallel implementation and development of technologies of the mixed reality is conducted, devices become easier and cheaper, the software is improved too, universal substitution of classical training methods and formation of uniform standards of training for systems such is expected in the near future. Also penetration of this technology on the mobile market with growth of power of mobile devices is expected.
