2016: AT Consulting purchase

In November, 2016 the Prometheus Capital Partners fund belonging to the former top manager of AFK "Sistema" Levan Vasadze purchased Proyektnye investitsii Ltd which possesses 95% of stocks of AT Consulting company. It is reported in the press release of fund.

After change of the shareholder by the acting as the CEO of AT Consulting Dmitry Potapov was appointed. The ex-CEO and the founder of AT Consulting Sergey Shilov remained the partner of the company and, according to CNews, saved a 5% share in the company.

2010: Purchase of Beethoven retail network

In September, 2010 Prometheus Capital Partners purchased the Beethoven network integrating 41 shops.
