In the Krasnodar Territory, it is planned to build a large resort and recreation complex "Psebay" with investments in the amount of 15 billion rubles. This was announced on June 5, 2024 in the press service of the regional administration.
The complex will be located on an area of 60 hectares in the village of Psebay, Mostovsky district. The project involves the construction of a hotel with 1000 rooms, entertainment and sports centers, spa complexes, a water park and parking lots. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2028.
As noted in the press service of the region, the signed agreement on the construction of the complex was reached by the Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Ruppel and the General Director of Astrum Group Artem Tamazov. This project is part of the company's broader plan, which includes the implementation of four investment projects in the Krasnodar Territory.
The press service clarified that the Psebay complex will be located in a picturesque mountainous area, at the intersection of the expressway under construction between Krasnodar and Maykop. According to plans, it will be able to simultaneously receive about 3 thousand vacationers. The resort will include terms with a naphthalan spa complex, sports centers, tracking route zones and a water park. The implementation of the project will create 1.5 thousand jobs for residents of the region. Design and survey work will begin in 2024, which will allow timely preparation for construction and ensure its high-quality implementation.
In addition to the Psebai complex, Astrum Group plans to build two more hotel complexes in the Sochi villages of Golovinka and Chemitokvaj. In Golovinka, it is planned to build a hotel with 2500 rooms, an all-season water park and landscaping of the Shakhe River embankment. A hotel with 1,430 rooms with swimming pools, catering and entertainment establishments will be built in Chemitokwaj.
