History

2021: Etalon bought 35% QB Technology

On August 16, 2021, it became known about the sale of 35% of QB Technology to the Etalon group. Under the terms of the agreement, the Russian developer will be able to further increase its stake in the British company. This was reported by the press service of AFK Sistema (a major shareholder of the developer). The financial component of the transaction is not disclosed.

It is noted that the acquisition of a stake in QB Technology corresponds to the Etalon strategy, which provides for digital and technological transformation of the business through its own development and innovation in cooperation with other companies. The development of modern technology of modular house building is one of the priority areas in the framework of improving the company's product. The transaction opens up access to this technology to the Etalon group and allows it to be adapted as efficiently as possible for use on the Russian market, based on the partner's experience, the press release said.

Benchmark acquired 35% QB Technology

Earlier it was reported that the Etalon Group plans to develop modular house building. QB Technology should become a partner of the group in the framework of modular house building, the first project after adaptation is planned to be launched in 2022.

By August 2021, the Etalon group operates in the market of St. Petersburg, Moscow and the Moscow Region. The main shareholder of the developer is AFK Sistema, which first bought 25% of the company from its founder Vyacheslav Zarenkov, and then (in 2021) increased its ownership share to 29.79%. In turn, Etalon acquired 100% of the Moscow developer Leader-invest owned by AFK. [1]
