2025: Receiving a concessional loan from SME Bank

SME Bank, a subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation, provided the first concessional loan under the renewed financing program for small high-tech companies (MTK). The manufacturer of welding units and metal processing equipment - NPP KVANT (Republic of Udmurtia) - received 15 million rubles for a period of three years for the purchase of components for the production of welding units, expansion of production capacities and the creation of additional workplaces. The expected profit growth from receiving concessional lending will be 30%. The SME Corporation announced this on May 7, 2025.

The MTK concessional lending program, updated in 2025, is aimed primarily at the development of enterprises that produce high-tech products and are able to integrate into cooperation chains to ensure the country's technological sovereignty. Among the key criteria that a company from the MTK register must meet to receive a preferential loan: revenue of at least 100 million rubles, as well as revenue growth rate over the past two years at least 10%, - said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of the SME Corporation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SME Bank.

The SME Corporation restarted the program of concessional lending to high-tech enterprises from the MTK register on April 1, 2025. The operator of the program is SME Bank, applications are accepted through a digital platform МСП.РФ. The loan can be used both for the implementation of investment projects of the enterprise and for revolving purposes. The maximum period of preferential financing is 3 years.
