Ivanti (Clearlake Capital investment company) specializing in area of integration and management of digital jobs at the beginning of July, 2017 announced acquisition of RES Software company. Terms of transaction do not reveal.

Possibilities of RES Software for mass providing resources and a withdrawal of these accounts of users will be combined with Ivanti process automation that will help the IT organizations to automate processes of employment and dismissal.
