2022: A cluster of radio electronics is being created in Mari El for 32.6 billion rubles
On January 24, 2022, the Ministry of Industry, Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Mari El announced a large-scale project for the development of radio electronics at the regional and federal levels. It is planned to invest 32.6 billion rubles in it, including 13.8 billion rubles from extrabudgetary sources.
According to TASS, citing the press service of the department, the project "Cluster of Radio Electronics of Russia" is designed for implementation in 2022-2030. Among other things, it involves the creation of more than 1 thousand workplaces. It is planned to create a center for the development of printed circuit boards and training personnel in the field of the production of printed circuit boards, organize the modern production of boards and chips.
In addition, in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the region to ensure growth in industrial production and exports, the project plans to expand the program of loans for industry through the capitalization of the Industrial Development Fund of the Republic of Mari El and develop a mechanism for reducing electricity tariffs.
