History

2024: Ural agro-industrial group bought 41.2% of Ravis

On January 30, 2024, it became known that the Ural Agro-Industrial Group (UAG; Sverdlovsk region) became a co-owner of the producer and processor of poultry meat JSC Ravis - Sosnovskaya poultry farm. There is no information on the value of the transaction as of the specified date.

According to Interfax, UAG acquired 41.2% of the shares of the Chelyabinsk agricultural holding Ravis - Sosnovskaya poultry farm from one of its co-owners Andrei Kosilov (former vice-governor of the Chelyabinsk region). According to Kosilov, there were several applicants for the asset, but he "made a choice in favor of the leading manufacturer of the Sverdlovsk region, which will ensure business growth." The new owner began work within the enterprise immediately after the transaction.

It is said that Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm JSC is the owner of 100% of the authorized capital of the same name LLC. In turn, Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm LLC, as of the end of 2022, owns 99% in the authorized capital of seven subsidiaries: Zaozerny LLC, Zarya LLC, Belonosovo LLC, Krasinskoye LLC, Uisky LLC, PKZ Dubrovsky LLC (all registered in the Chelyabinsk region), as well as Sredneuralskaya Poultry Farm LLC (Sverdlovsk region).

Kosilov served as General Director of Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm LLC from July 2011 to July 2022. In 2022, the agricultural holding initiated a lawsuit, trying to recover more than 90 million rubles from Kosilov: these are losses that the former head allegedly caused the company by withdrawing property to an affiliate and selling property at a significantly lower price.[1]

2012

Implementation of large investment projects, large-scale modernization of production. The agricultural holding is the leader in the poultry industry of the region, producing more than 60 thousand tons of poultry meat.

2011

Having secured the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and opened a credit line for the implementation of an investment project of 1.5 billion rubles at Sberbank of Russia, Ravis continues to modernize production under the Federal Program to increase domestic production.

2010

More than 50 thousand poultry meat were produced. Ravis is one of the largest agricultural holdings in the region.

2000

In April 2000, with the arrival of Pyotr Alexandrovich Podgornov at the poultry farm as general director, the state of affairs changed dramatically - the poultry farm gained a second life.

1995-97.

On December 7, 1995, in the prime of life, the life of the first president of the poultry farm was tragically cut short. For 10 years Mikhail Alexandrovich led the enterprise. After his death, the situation at the poultry farm became even more complicated.

1992

On August 6, 1992, after the purchase of the enterprise on a competitive basis from the state, the employees of the poultry farm became shareholders of the AOZT Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm. Mikhail Aleksandrovich Lezhnev was unanimously elected the first president of the joint-stock company. In connection with changes in the policy of our state, the poultry farm, like most agricultural enterprises in Russia, has gone through difficult times. They tried to find various exits in order to prevent the bankruptcy of the poultry farm. A commercial service was created, outbound trade was organized to have "real money" without transfer delays. The management structure also changed: 43 independent units were created from a large enterprise. However, having proved its inefficiency, in May 1993 the independent activities of the divisions were suspended, and bank accounts were frozen. The enterprise has become one again.

1985-88.

A measured, debugged rhythm, the gradual development of production facilities was "violated" by Mikhail Aleksandrovich Lezhnev, who headed the poultry farm from March 1, 1985. It is difficult to imagine what would happen to the factory if Mikhail Alexandrovich became the director, but someone else. He was an extraordinary, demanding person, sometimes even unnecessarily, often argued with his superiors, and proved his case. With his arrival at the poultry farm, all the efforts of the team were aimed at increasing production volumes. As a result, in 1988 the company reached its design capacity for the production of poultry meat, producing 14,500 tons in live weight. Along with the development of poultry farming, Lezhnev Mikhail Alexandrovich paid great attention to the organization of subsidiary farming. In April 1985, a site was chosen for the construction of premises for keeping cattle, the construction of a pig farm began. All this was implemented: premises were built, livestock were purchased, staff were staffed.

1981-84.

The second quarter of 1981 - the first hatchery block was commissioned and accepted into operation by the working commission ahead of schedule. According to the obligations, the contractors had to hand over the boiler house by April 25, 1981. On September 8, the first egg was laid for incubation. At the most critical moment, it turned out that the temperature in poultry houses No. 105 and 107 reaches only +14ºS. To somehow get out of this situation, I had to start a temporary boiler house, but did not receive the required temperature. On September 29, over 100 thousand chickens were promptly sold to the Argayash poultry farm. Truly - the first "pancake" - a coma. The second launch complex for 4.3 million broilers was introduced in 1983. The last, third launch complex with 2.72 million broilers was introduced in 1983. In 1981, the formation of a poultry farm team began. The first main specialists of the poultry farm were: Pysina Svetlana Ivanovna (chief livestock specialist), Vatropin Vadim Ivanovich (chief veterinarian), Pauli Gerald Vladimirovich (chief engineer), Sychev Alexander Veniaminovich (chief power engineer), Tamara Vladimirovna Popova (chief economist), Bazhenov Nikolai Petrovich (chief accountant). The first products were received in 1981. Thanks to the competent work of Boris Efimovich, in the future there was only a progressive increase in product production. In 1982, 2536 tons were already produced, in 1983 - 5365 tons, in 1984 - 7628 tons. The factory worked successfully, but Sokovtsev still had to leave. But what Boris Efimovich Sokovsky did for the factory, no one forgot today: for 25 years everyone was convinced of the reliability of the enterprise he built, nothing had to be redone. Moreover, the factory was designed so intelligently, with such a degree of reliability and thoughtfulness that to this day all repairs and reconstructions are carried out in the conditions of existing production.

1981.

The commissioning of the capacities of the new poultry farm was planned by three launch complexes. The scale of future production - more than 14 thousand tons of meat in live weight - seemed incredible to many. The first launch complex for 3 million broilers was introduced in December 1981. The launch complex included:

  • hatchery for 8 IKP-90 incubators;
  • three poultry houses of the parent herd for 27 thousand heads each;
  • two poultry houses of repair young for 60 thousand heads each;
  • nine broiler birds for 72.2 thousand heads each;
  • slaughter and processing workshop with a warehouse of clean and dirty containers with a sanitary inspection room for egg-bird containers;
  • slaughter and sanitary station;
  • 72-car garage;
  • veterinary laboratory;
  • medical supplies warehouse;
  • equipment warehouse;
  • control building;
  • canteen for 220 seats with utility room.

1978

In March 1978 - 10 months after the decision was made, the "first peg" was clogged 25 km from the center of Chelyabinsk. Here, in the trailer, the directorate of the poultry farm under construction is located.

1977

On May 10, 1977, the Council of Ministers of the USSR adopted Resolution No. 360 on the construction of the Promyshlennaya poultry farm for 10 million broiler chickens. Subsequently, a land plot of 366.8 hectares was allocated for the construction of a poultry farm by the Sosnovsky district executive committee.
