2018: Deliveries of an AI system which does not allow leakage of the personnel

In September, 2018 it became known that the Recruit Holdings group specializing in providing complex services in the field of personnel resources began to master the AI system helping not to allow leakage of the personnel. The artificial intelligence beforehand identifies employees with intention to leave and notifies the employer that gives time to interfere with a situation and to prevent departure of the worker, Nikkei tells.

The companies master an AI system which does not allow leakage of the personnel

A system which is already implemented in the test mode using an AI algorithm analyzes data of employees, including personal qualities, time spent at work and activity efficiency evaluation. Data are compared with data of other workers who in the past left.

Thus a system identifies people with a high probability of leaving in the next six months. For example, the AI algorithm will pay attention to sharp changes in efficiency evaluations of activity of employees and duration of their working time. Information is transferred to heads who should have a talk with employees, listen to complaints and understand that does not suit them on the current work location.

In Recruit Sumai, the Recruit Holdings branch publishing the magazine in the field of the real estate went further away. The company implements an AI system which on the basis of estimates of the personality makes recommendations of to what of departments to send new employees and whom to appoint for their training.

It is expected that in connection with the labor reforms which are taking place in Japan demand for similar AI technologies for personnel work will grow in the country. According to forecasts of a research institute of Nomura Research Institute, the size of the market of such solutions in money by 2024 will reach 172.2 billion yens ($1.55 billion) that is 50% more than indicators of 2017.[1]
