On February 20, 2026, in Perm, in the Motovilikhinsky district, the Red Machine sports complex with an ice arena was commissioned. The total cost of construction reached 1.8 billion rubles. At the same time, 0.9 billion rubles were attracted through the mechanism of infrastructure bonds "Дом.рф."

The total area of ​ ​ the sports facility is about 9 thousand square meters. m. The facility includes two ice fields, a professional curling court, as well as a sports hall with gym equipment.

The project was implemented under the control of the Perm Territory Development Fund under a concession agreement between the regional government and the fund's subsidiary, Krasnaya Mashina. The general contractor was the Perm Territory Development Corporation.

The managing director of the state-owned company "Дом.рф" Alexander Aksakov noted that the use of infrastructure bonds made it possible to provide the necessary financing for the creation of a modern sports facility. According to the state-owned company, the opening of the ice arena will have a positive impact on the development of housing construction in Perm: in the adjacent territories until 2030 it is planned to introduce at least 400 thousand square meters. m of housing.
