Regional Information Centre (RIC) of the Vologda region

Budgetary institution in the field of information technologies of the Vologda region "The center of information technologies". It is created on the basis of the government decree of the Vologda region of October 11, 2010 No. 1160 "About creation of state budgetary institution of the Vologda region "The center of information technologies".

History

2016

For April, 2016 among functions of "The center of information technologies" of the Vologda region:

• electronically – ADP equipment, server, network and peripheral equipment and ensuring functioning of automated information systems and network infrastructure of bodies of the executive government of area (the resolution of the Governor of the region of 6/28/2012 No. 358);
• access to it is information – the telecommunication Internet, telephone communication, except for government intercity communication, automatic telephone communication of public authorities of the Russian Federation (the resolution of the Governor of 1/22/2013 No. 43);
• communication services for the purposes of TV broadcasting and broadcasting (the resolution of the Governor from No. 431).

2015

Within the International investment forum SOCHI-2015 the agreement between the Governor of the Vologda region Oleg Kuvshinnikov and the president of JSC UEC Alexey Popov on interaction and project implementation of creation of the Regional Information Centre (RIC) was signed in October, 2015.

JSC RITs Vologodskoy oblasti will be joint venture of federal authorized organization JSC UEK and the Government of the Vologda region for the organization of payment services in the field of housing and public utilities and public passenger transport. Pilot projects will start in the city of Cherepovets and the Gryazovetsky region of the Vologda region. The main activities of society will become:

• service of the operator of the single regional information system keeping electronic passports of houses and the reference database about participants of the market of housing and public utilities with perspective of integration into the state information system of housing and public utilities (GIS of housing and public utilities);
• services for charge of payments, organizations of collecting and splitting of payments for housing and communal services, including contributions to fund of an overhaul;
• service for calculation of measures of social support for payment of housing and utilities;
• implementation in the territory of the Vologda region of the uniform payment document, including electronically, for the organization of settlement between suppliers and consumers of housing and communal services.
