JSC Regionalnaya initsiativa is the project company (special purpose vehicle) of Group "The production and construction consolidation "Kazan" (PSO-Kazan) specializing in design and construction of facilities of IT infrastructure.

History

2017: Purchase of 100% of authorized capital Inoventica Technologies

As it became known in December, 2017, JSC Regionalnaya initsiativa acted as the buyer of 100% of a share of authorized capital of Inoventica Technologies LLC, having actually become the only owner of assets of the Inoventica Group, the including Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy, Garant-Park-Internet LLC Ltd, Inoventica Technologies LLC, Radio Television Communication LLC.

As sellers of two equal shares of authorized capital (on 50%) Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd, the head company of the Inoventica Group and also Maxim Korobov, the author of the law about "free entering", the ex-deputy of the State Duma and the board member of Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd acted.
