Emergence of the smart operating room

At the beginning of December, 2020 it became known of some technologies which began to be used in the new perinatal center opened at the state regional clinical hospital of Novosibirsk. Read more here.

Opening of the perinatal center

On December 1, 2020 in Novosibirsk the regional perinatal center which was under construction since 2013 is officially started. It is on Nemirovich-Danchenko Street near regional hospital.

I want to note with pleasure that rates of completion of construction works which we observed in the summer were sustained up to the end. Today we see an object, completely ready from the construction point of view — quotes the TASS agency of the governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov.

Regional perinatal center Novosibirsk

At the end of October, 2020 the head the region charged to the regional Ministry of Health and Ministry of Construction to keep after commissioning of the new building of the perinatal center it in reserve as potential COVID center. During this period the health care system experienced serious strain. Afterwards the situation with a coronavirus in the region managed to be stabilized. The chief physician of "The state Novosibirsk clinical hospital" Anatoly Yudanov suggested to leave in a reserve old squares after relocation of perinatal service to the new building. The governor supported the offer.

The perinatal center will render the planned and emergency obstetric and gynecologic, neonatal, anesteziologichesky and resuscitation help during pregnancy and childbirth to patients with high risks. It consists of four blocks 6-7 floors high connected by transition to the main building of hospital. The premises are expected 213 beds and four thousand childbirth a year. An object was going to be put into operation in 2021, however terms managed to be forced.

2013-2019

Construction of the perinatal center began in 2013, but in the 2014th an object was "frozen" because of difficulties with financing. With active participation of the head of the region and the government of the Novosibirsk region works were resumed in 2018.

In 2019 the public contract on accomplishment of contract works on construction of the facility with JSC Berdsk Construction Trust was signed. The cost of construction was estimated at 2.3 billion rubles.^[1]
