History

On January 31, 1969 the decision of regional executive committee No. 34, order No. 29k on trust regional repair construction created RSU No. 10, for the purpose of production of an overhaul and reconstruction of objects of housing and communal services of the Central district of the city of Kaliningrad;

On January 1, 1991 RSU-10 is renamed into MT Remzhilstroy (order No. 45 of 12/31/1990 of PSO "Kaliningradoblgrazhdanstroy";

On January 15, 1991 by MT Remzhilstroy it is transformed to Remzhilstroy LLP (decision No. 402 of Small Council of the Central district of Council of People's Deputies) and privatized;

On March 9, 1999 Remzhilstroy LLP is renamed into Remzhilstroy LLC (a meeting of founders of 11/12/1998, registration No. 1115 of Tsentralny District Administration).

Remzhilstroy-Invest LLC, the customer builder on Remzhilstroy Group, was founded 6/7/2005.

Now the Remzhilstroy Group is one of the largest construction holdings of the Kaliningrad region.
