2020: Trial on the case of cartel in the market of deliveries of medical products

Founders of Renir, Vegaa, Medprom, Komtekhplus, MK Delta, Medsimvol, Biolab-Medika, Artes, Physicians and Medky companies were anyway connected with the high-ranking physicians and performed contracts on state procurements of the Republican clinical oncological clinic, said in a verdict of court.
The OFAS revealed antimonopoly actions in many specified companies, but at the time of detection of violations most of them stopped existence. As a result the regulator opened cases in the relation only of Vega and Renir. The minimum reduction of price at auctions (1.24%), use of the uniform IP address, stylistic coincidence of texts of requests allowed the Tatarstan OFAS to draw a conclusion on existence of cartel between them.
Renir and Vega tried to appeal against the decision of OFAS in court, but were refused in the first and appeal instances.
As a result Vega was fined 3.6 million rubles. There are no data about sanctions against Renir by the end of an August.[1]
