History

2020: Acquisition by KMS Lighthouse company

The KMS Lighthouse company which offers the knowledge management system of the same name in the market purchased the Israeli startup of Reps AI. On November 30, 2020 the DIS Group company reported about it. The cost of purchase is not disclosed, but before Reps AI was estimated at 20 million dollars.

The knowledge management system of KMS Lighthouse is applied by the companies worldwide. A system helps employees quickly and to precisely find the necessary business information. It reduces number of incorrect consultations of clients, time of training of new workers and holding time of a call in call center. Purchase of Reps AI will allow KMS Lighthouse to include in the solution functionality on the basis of artificial intelligence.
