2021: Discovery of a smart operating room for minimally invasive surgery
In the Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary named after S.G. Primushko appeared a smart operating room for minimally invasive surgery. This was announced on December 22, 2021 by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Udmurt Republic.
For this operating room, an endovideoscopic complex with control posts, a multifunctional operating table, ceiling nonsense lamps with a video camera, and an anesthesiological system were purchased.
In addition, the operating room is equipped with a "digital" filling - several cameras that allow you to receive and transfer images anywhere in the world, computers integrated with medical information systems, voice control. Surgeons can display an electronic medical history, MRI results directly during surgery, or remotely contact other specialists in real time for consultation.

The institution will operate on the most complex patients. Free, according to the compulsory medical insurance policy, by December 22, 2021, six people passed through this operating room. In 2022, it is planned to receive about 300 cancer patients.
