In the summer of 2016 the enterprise of RT-Himkompozit Holding of JSC ONPP Tekhnologiya of A.G. Romashin" became the major shareholder of JSC NITS. The decision was made within Board of Directors of the Holding company.
Main objective of consolidation of resources of ONPP "Technology" and JSC NITS is consolidation of scientific and technical, potential and financial productions of the enterprises in the development area and production of products of constructional optics that will allow to create within Holding uniform competence center on development and production of products of glazing which will be in fact the national center of constructional optics.
Sharing of resources will allow to expand the nomenclature of products sold by Holding and also to raise its consumer properties.
