2025: Bookmaker Marathon bought Rial Stack

At the end of December 2025, it became known that the bookmaker "" Marathon acquired four St. Petersburg IT companies - Cyber LLC, Rial Stack LLC, Soft Island LLC and Edgail Systems LLC. All of them previously belonged to the company iFuture (LLC "Ifyucher"), which is developing software for sports analytics.

Saiber LLC was registered in October 2020 with an authorized capital of 20 thousand rubles. The main area of ​ ​ work is the creation and use of databases and information resources. In 2024, revenue amounted to 224.6 million rubles, a slight decrease compared to the previous year. Net profit increased by 1.5% - to 23.1 million rubles.

In turn, Rial Stack LLC was also created in October 2020 with an authorized capital of 20 thousand rubles. Its main activity is computer software development. In 2024, revenue amounted to 212.9 million rubles, which is 4.5% less than in 2023. At the same time, net profit increased by 65.8% - to 11.57 million rubles.

LLC Soft Island was registered in June 2021 with an authorized capital of 50 thousand rubles. The company is engaged in software development, as well as activities related to the use of computer equipment and information technology. In 2024, revenue reached 247.5 million rubles, which is 6.2% higher than in 2023. Net profit rose from 3.2 million to 32.6 million rubles.

Edgail Systems LLC was created in December 2021 with an authorized capital of 50 thousand rubles. The company specializes in creating software. Revenue in 2024 amounted to 209 million rubles, which is 9.9% less compared to 2023. The company received 6.2 million rubles in losses against 29 million rubles in profit in 2023.

The former owner of the listed organizations - LLC "Ifyucher" - was founded in November 2018 with an authorized capital of 20 thousand rubles. Its main activity is computer software development.^[1]
