Terroir
Grapes are grown on plateaus, in gorges and in the hills of the Semisamsky mountain range, depending on the characteristics of the variety and its soil preferences. The slope in some places reaches 17 degrees. Alternation of layers of clay, shale and marghylous limestones with the exit of stones to the surface. A feature of limestone subsoil is their ability to retain moisture, they feed the vines with water all year round.
