2025: Saransky distillery bought Romodanovsky distillery
In June 2025, the Saransky Distillery (LVZ) acquired 99.9% of the Romodanovsky distillery in Mordovia, the remaining 0.1% belongs to the general director of the LVZ Kirill Chapaykin. Information in July 2025 follows from SPARK-Interfax. The Romodanovsky distillery through a chain of legal entities belonged to Vladimir Danilov, since the spring of 2022 the enterprise was in the process of bankruptcy, in March 2025 the case was dismissed after the creditors withdrew the claims. At the end of 2024, the plant's debt exceeded ₽208 million.[1]
