History
2019: Renaming and beginning of work under the brand name "Rosseti Volga"
Since June 2019, the Company has joined the Unified Standard for the Corporate Style of the Rosseti Group of Companies and began work under the Rosseti Volga brand.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on May 29, 2020 (Minutes of May 29, 2020 No. 17/2020) decided to amend the Charter of the Company related to the change of name of the Public Joint-Stock Company "Interregional Distribution Network Company Volga" to the Public Joint-Stock Company "Rosseti Volga." Changes to the Charter of the Company were registered by the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 19 in the Saratov Region on August 04, 2020. Full corporate name of the Company in Russian: Public Joint-Stock Company "Rosseti Volga" (PJSC "Rosseti Volga").
2011: Total length of transmission lines - over 223 thousand km
As of July 2011, IDGC Volga OJSC covers 7 regions with a total area of 403 thousand square kilometers, on which more than 13 million people live. The total length of power lines exceeds 223 thousand kilometers. The number of personnel is 21 thousand people.

Since April 1, 2008, IDGC Volga OJSC has been operating as a single operating company with branches: Samara Distribution Networks, Saratov Distribution Networks, Ulyanovsk Distribution Networks, Mordovenergo, Orenburg Energo, Penzaenergo, Chuvashenergo.
2007: Registration of IDGC Volga OJSC
The open joint-stock company "Interregional Distribution Network Company of the Volga" was registered on June 29, 2007 in the city of Saratov. The decision to create IDGC Volga OJSC was made by the Board of Directors of RAO UES of Russia on April 27, 2007, when the new IDGC configuration was approved.
