"Roundabout" — the service of rolling of vehicles started in 2017. Initially in lease cars (in 2019 in the park there were more than 600 machines) were offered. However in final the company decided "restart service and open the new directions", having focused on services of rolling of electroscooters.

History

2020: The former head of DIT of Moscow Yermolaev received 18.7% of Karusel company

In the middle of June, 2020 it became known that the former Head of the Moscow Department of Information Technology (DIT) of Moscow Artyom Yermolaev received a 18.7 percent share in Karusel company.

According to the Rusbase edition with reference to the database " circuit.focus ", Yermolaev became the owner of a share in Roundabout in April, 2020. At the same time in service also the former deputy of Yermolaev invested in DIT Andrey Belozerov. He received 6.3%.  Other 75% of the company belong to its founder Ivan Serebrennikov.

In 2020 Roundabout attracted 25 million rubles of investments on the kraudinvestingovy Starttrack platform. After that the company concentrated on lease of the electroscooters intended for short trips. At these vehicles battery power is increased, the steering mechanism is strengthened, there is a protection against moisture and there is no steering mechanism. Besides, scooters have no control buttons as all control is exercised through mobile application.

In the investment offer of service on the website StartTrack it is said that the investor is included into the project for three years. After that it is going to sell the company to the strategic investor.

"Roundabout" hopes that by 2023 the cost of the company will reach 2 billion rubles. Owners of service say that a current of three years investors can apply for dividends in the amount of 78 million rubles. 

To the middle of June, 2020 Roundabout continues to attract investments through StartTrack, offering 30% of the company for 72 million rubles.[1]
