2023: General Director of Ship Interiors Factory became co-owner of Runitor
On December 19, 2023, it became known that the St. Petersburg company Runitor, one of the largest manufacturers of marine fire systems in Russia, changed its owner. It was Pavel Surmilev, General Director of the Ship Interiors Factory.
There is no information on the amount of the transaction as of the specified date. According to Delovoy Petersburg, Surmilev owned 10% of Runitor since 2015, and as a result of the transaction, he became the owner of a 55 percent stake in this enterprise. The remaining 45% of Runitor belongs to the MCC group of companies engaged in the development, production and supply of ship equipment.
It is noted that Surmilev headed the Shipboard Interiors Factory LLC at the end of March 2023. The founders of this organization are MSS and MSS Transport. At the same time, Runitor itself is the owner of the main stake in Turbillon LLC (80%). Thus, as a result of the transaction, Surmilev, as of the end of December 2023, controls three companies of the MSS group - Runitor and its subsidiary Turbillon (electrical installation work), as well as the Ship Interior Factory, which specializes in furniture production.
Runitor General Director Dmitry Dankin notes that by the end of December 2023, the concluded contracts bring the company about 300 million rubles a year, while the Turbillon subsidiary "is only developing and mainly engaged in service." Runitor localizes production in Russia, managing its own site on Vasilyevsky Island. As for Turbillon, among its contacts are mentioned the commissioning of compressor and generator equipment in the port of Vysotsk, Leningrad Region, and work on Project 22220 nuclear icebreakers at the Baltic Plant in St. Petersburg.[1]
