JSC "Russian Auction House" (RAD) is an auction platform created for the sale of public and private property throughout Russia. The Russian auction house was created in accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1186-r of August 19, 2009.

2024: Transactions for 1.25 trillion rubles for 15 years of operation
For 15 years of operation since its foundation on August 31, 2009, the Russian Auction House (RAD) has concluded transactions totaling ₽1,25 trillion. This was announced by the company in early October 2024, summing up its activities.
According to the press service of the Russian Auction House, 101.5 thousand lots were sold during this period, including 358 thousand hectares of land and 27.5 thousand real estate objects with a total area of 13.5 million square meters. m throughout Russia.
The largest segment of the activities of the RAD was the sale of state property. The total volume of transactions in the interests of the state amounted to ₽487,7 billion, which includes more than 8 thousand lots sold. A significant part of this category is the privatization of federal, regional and municipal property in the amount of about ₽122,6 billion.
RAD General Director Andrei Stepanenko noted the importance of the company's work in the segment of problematic property. According to him, public trading attracted real investors to this sector, ready to pay market value for assets. 81.6 thousand lots worth ₽330,1 billion were sold in this segment.
The sale of non-core banking assets brought in ₽327,2 billion, which amounted to 6.4 thousand lots sold. The largest transaction in this category was the sale of Eurocement Group of Companies for ₽161 billion.
In the field of corporate property, RAD sold 3.8 thousand lots for a total of ₽67 billion. Among the company's clients in this direction are Russian Post, Rostec, Rosseti, Russian Railways and other large federal companies.
RAD has offices in 14 large cities of Russia. In the regions, excluding Moscow and St. Petersburg, more than 79 thousand lots worth ₽521 billion were sold. Andrei Stepanenko emphasized the growing interest in regional assets, especially noting the dynamics in the Far East, Siberia, the Urals, the Volga region and the Krasnodar Territory.[1]
