Russian communications (Rosk)

Rosk is the representative of technopark in the field of high technologies "Zhigulyovsk Valley" in Togliatti of the Samara region. This project is created within the comprehensive program "Creation in the Russian Federation of technoparks in the field of high technologies", approved as the order of the Government of the Russian Federation on March 10, 2006 No. 328-r., is financed by means of federal and regional budgets. Control of technopark is exercised by the Public autonomous institution of the Samara region the Center of the innovative development and cluster initiatives.

In structure of Russian Communications company own engineering center (R&D), project office, product company and also development of the NGN equipment (VoIP-gateways, IP phones, servers of kommutation) for providing the complete solution by analogy with the western leaders of Avaya, Cisco, Siemens.

Strategic objective of the company "Rosk – the Russian communications" - leadership in the domestic market of cloud solutions of VoIP-communications for a public sector and the largest companies, leaders of the Russian economy.
