2025: Liquidation of the Company

On February 11, 2025, it became known that the S7 Group air holding company liquidated the S7 Information Technologies subsidiary, which was registered in Novosibirsk. This organization was engaged, among other things, in the development of specialized software solutions.

The company "S7 Information Technologies" was created in 2000: its main area of ​ ​ work was activities related to the use of computer technology and IT. The organization created software for the S7 Group divisions, provided the operation of the corporate network and support for the agency network for the sale of air tickets. The company's products include an internal corporate portal and SMI (Station Manager Interface) - a comprehensive solution for managing and monitoring production processes for ground handling of flights, passengers, and monitoring aircraft service schedules.

In July 2024, S7 Group announced a reorganization, during which it was planned to merge S7 Information Technologies with CJSC S7 Group of Companies (it is the founder of the named IT company). It was said that this procedure is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the aircraft holding. As part of the restructuring, the S7 Information Technologies enterprise, whose revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to 1.5 billion rubles, and profit - 78.6 million rubles, was abolished.

It is noted that CJSC "S7 Group of Companies" was registered in Moscow in 2005. Dmitry Kudelkin is the general director. The main type of work is the management of financial and industrial groups. The organization can also engage in computer software development and activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology.[1]

2024: Merged with two other S7 Group companies

In July 2024, S7 Group announced the reorganization of its three subsidiaries through a merger. As a result of this process, CJSC S7 Group of Companies will merge with S7 Information Technologies LLC and Invest Finance LLC.

According to RBC, the merger procedure began on July 10, 2024. According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, S7 Information Technologies and Invest Finance will cease operations after the reorganization is completed, while the S7 Group of Companies will continue to function.

S7 merged IT "daughter" with two other companies of the group

Representatives of the S7 Group explained that the planned reorganization is related to the internal processes of the holding and is aimed at improving the efficiency of work.

CJSC C7 Group of Companies, registered in Moscow, specializes in managing financial and industrial groups. The organization owns the trademarks S7 Logistic and Citrus.

S7 Information Technologies LLC, based in Novosibirsk, develops specialized software products for S7 Group divisions. Invest Finance LLC, registered in Moscow, provides accounting services.

One of the main assets of S7 Group is Siberia Airlines JSC, operating under the S7 Airlines brand. The company is registered in the city of Ob, Novosibirsk region and traces its history since 1957. In 2024, S7 Airlines is the largest private air carrier in Russia.
