2014
In 2014 the first affiliated enterprise outside the Nizhny Novgorod Region – Centre-SBK-Samara LLC is created.
2003
In 2003 the city of Nizhny Novgorod where seven settlement centers were created joined the Unified information system.

2001: Creation of the company
In 2001 intensive development of the company began.
Together with partners Center-SBK LLC won public tender of projects "The integrated information management system settlement transactions in housing and communal services of the Nizhny Novgorod Region". Based on the project the concept of the Unified information system of management of settlement transactions was developed.
In the first year of work as a single system the cities of Sarov, Arzamas, the Vyksa and Kstovo districts are covered.
