2016: Construction and management of the automated refueling stations of "turnkey" (AAZS)

In the spring of 2016 "SKON – Automatic gas stations" provided a new product for investors – construction and management of the automated refueling stations [1] of "turnkey" (AAZS), allowing entrepreneurs to enter the retail market of gasoline and diesel fuel which is estimated at 70 million tons per year.

Within the offer of the company, the minimum threshold of an input on the market of a fuel retail and construction of one automated refueling station will make 10 million rubles, the term of commissioning of an object will take 4 months, and the payback will begin of 8 months with launch. In addition to, developments, constructions, balancing and commissioning, legal and technical assistance SCONE offers clients service in management of the constructed asset on the basis of lease of the station at the new owner. 150 AAZS were constructed by SCONE in 50 cities of Russia of 300 automatic refueling stations working in Russia. Since 2008 the company developed own network of automatic gas stations under the ERGO brand in the Ural Federal District. In December, 2011 SCONE was sold by network from 25 of the automated gas station PJSC Bashneft for 1,200,000,000 rubles.

The Vertically Integrated Oil Companies (VIOC) possess 200 AAZS. At Gazpromneft of 45 stations, at Lukoil – 60, at Tatneft – 21, at Surgutneftegas – 21, at Surgutneftegas – 11, at Gazprom gas Station network – 52, at Bashneft - 32, at Neste - 17, at Rosneft - 7. At the same time more than 100 AAZS belong to private companies. Automatic gas stations are located in many large cities of Russia, such as Yekaterinburg, Rostov, Vladimir, Bryansk, Kursk, Kaluga, Tver, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Vladivostok, Nizhny Tagil, Cheboksary, Khanty-Mansiysk, etc. Experts of SKON company the drive as an example of unemployment of a niche statistics of other countries. The automatic refueling station is expected work in the round-the-clock mode. Its service is performed through a remote dispatcher station. AAZS does not require ensuring heat and water supply. Construction by the automated gas station requires 112 m ². AAZS is equipped with terminals for acceptance of cash, bank payment cards and fuel cards.

The cost of sale of liter of gasoline in AAZS in comparison with normal gas station is reduced by 60%. At the same time construction and commissioning of a traditional refueling complex is at 8-10 times more expensive and makes from 80 to 100 million rubles.
