The different directions of the possible movement actively then were discussed in the teaching environment: both privatization of university, and transition to paid training, and acceptance expansion, and opening of branches in other cities, and specialization building were offered. Discussion went, however drastic measures were not taken yet, and the situation in the field of education more and more became aggravated.
