2018

Accession to "And + About Transproyekt"

The And + About Transproyekt company, the expert in the field of transport planning and development of IT solutions in modeling and management of traffic flows, announced on December 5, 2018 that she began process of accession to herself of Northwest Cartographic Center (NCC) company. With respect thereto the head of Northwest Cartographic Center Vladimir Valdin held a position of the director of solutions in the field of the And + About Transproyekt public transport (PT). All other staff of SZKTs entered into group of data analysis of And + About Transproyekt.

Replenishment of our command by specialists of "The northwest cartographic center" will allow us to expand a range of the competences in public transport and data analysis of GIS. We cooperate with Vladimir Valdin not the first year, he repeatedly participated in examination of our projects concerning public transport. Now, using synergy effect of consolidation of efforts, we will be able to implement projects which will increase quality of transport service of people, – the CEO of And + About Transproyekt company Vladimir Shvetsov commented on an event.

The GIS experts SZKTs command specializes in collecting, processing and visualization of geodetails and their analysis for public transport. In 20 years of work with transport problems of Russian regions the center saved up huge examination of application of geodetails in macroplanning.

For December, 2018 the main profile of the company — preparation and support of geographical and connected specialized data for ensuring the current activity of the enterprises of public transport (carriers, operators of route passenger traffic) and executive authorities in the field of transportations: planning of transportations and preparation of the reporting for the organization of tenders on transportations, start and operation of routes, operational passenger navigation (preparation and the publication of schedules and route schemes).

Except services in the field of public transport, the company offers a broad spectrum of representative wall cartographic products, specialized geographical and related content.

2015: Consolidation SZKTs and Diskus Media

In July, 2015 there was consolidation of two legal entities in one: "Northwest Cartographic Center" and Diskus Media LLC.

2008: Formation of SZKTs

The "Northwest Cartographic Center" limited liability company is created in 2008 as the developer of intelligent cartographic solutions and the partner Diskus Media in preparation and sale of representative and gift products of cartographic orientation.

2000: Creation Diskus Media

The Diskus Media limited liability company is created in 2000 as the independent producer of the cartographic and geo-focused products on the basis of achievements of hi-tech.

1989

The command is present at the profile market of North-West Region of Russia since 1989, at first — as research and production cooperative "Geo" (at Geographical faculty of the Leningrad state university), further — as Modern times publishing house.
