This is the company's first entry into the public borrowing market, which marks a new stage in the development of one of the largest regional players in the dental services market.
According to Kommersant, the bond program is designed for 15 years, and the maximum maturity of individual issues will be nine years and nine months. Non-documentary bonds of the 001R series have been assigned the number 4-00811-R-001P-02E.
Sadko Dental Development Center LLC, founded in 2006, is a leading player in the dental services market in Nizhny Novgorod. According to SPARK, in 2023, the company's revenue reached ₽983 million, and net profit amounted to ₽26,7 million. The company is equally owned by Yuri Balashov and Vladimir Sokolov.
According to the NKR rating agency, which in September 2024 assigned Sadko a credit rating BBB.ru with a stable forecast, the company occupies about 11% of the private dental services market in the Nizhny Novgorod region. NKR notes the low debt burden of Sadko and high liquidity indicators.
In 2024, the company plans to place the first issue of bonds in the amount of ₽250 million. The funds raised are supposed to be used to develop the ophthalmological direction of the Sadko group.
NKR experts predict that even taking into account the planned issue of bonds, the company's debt burden by the end of 2024 will not exceed 1.6 OIBDA, which is considered a moderate level.
Sadko's entry into the public borrowing market reflects the general trend of growing interest of regional companies in bond loans as a tool for raising capital for business development. A successful offering could send a signal to other regional medical market players about the opportunities the stock market provides.[1]
