Safe region of Krasnodar Territory

The state state institution of the Krasnodar Territory "Safe Region" was created on November 21, 2015 by order of the head of the administration (governor) of the Krasnodar Territory No. 441-r (by changing the type of state budgetary institution of the Krasnodar Territory "Intellectual Systems of the Kuban," created on October 9, 2013).

According to information as of March 2022, the institution is designed to contribute to:

• ensuring the functioning of a single integrated technological and information hardware and software complex of video control and video recording in the field of integrated life safety of the Krasnodar Territory;
• maintenance of hardware and software system for identification and recognition of faces;
• Implementation of information and communication technologies in public information activities on road safety rules and requirements;
• Participation, within the established authority, in the organization of the collection and exchange of information in information systems necessary to prevent situations that may lead to disruption of the functioning of life support systems of the population and their consequences;
• Development of an operational monitoring system to prevent situations that may lead to disruption of life support systems;
• Technical equipment, development and operation of the information centre, established to organize the collection and exchange of information in information systems necessary for the prevention of situations that may lead to disruption of the functioning of life support systems of the population and their consequences.
