2023: Failure to install an angiograph for 10 million rubles due to an unscrupulous supplier
In Samara, a company was blacklisted, which disrupted repairs in the regional clinical cardiological dispensary. The company was supposed to develop a project for the work, but exceeded all deadlines. This was announced on September 11, 2023 by the press service of the FAS Directorate for the Samara Region.
According to the ministry, the contract between the cardiac dispensary and ASK Sistema LLC was concluded on June 13, 2023. Its cost amounted to 9.97 million rubles. The company pledged to prepare design estimates within a month. The agreement also involved the overhaul of the premises for the placement of an angiograph.
The company has delayed the development of the project by 42 days. In addition, she provided documentation that did not comply with the terms of the contract. In the future, the contractor did not eliminate the shortcomings. Then the dispensary decided to terminate the contract with him unilaterally.
In addition, the medical institution sent a complaint to the antimonopoly authority. Having considered the appeal, he included ASK Sistema LLC in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. The company will be listed there for two years, the Samara OFAS said in a statement.
Earlier in the Samara region, the decision of the OFAS to include information about Modern Construction Technologies LLC in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (RNP) was also upheld. The basis for this was a violation of the terms of the contract for ensuring road safety in Togliatti. The subject of the proceedings was a contract worth 109 million rubles.[1]
