2024: Decrease in revenue by 9.2% to 2.83 billion rubles
At the end of 2024, the Samsung Research Center in Russia received 2.83 billion rubles in revenue. Compared to the previous year, when the figure was 3.12 billion rubles, a decrease of 9.2% was recorded. This is stated in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with at the end of July 2025.
The cost of sales year-on-year decreased by 13.6% - from 2.88 billion rubles to 2.49 billion rubles. Under the article "other income" there was a drop of 44.9% - from 14.38 million rubles to 7.92 million rubles. Other expenses decreased by 39.1%, amounting to 53.92 million rubles against 88.49 million rubles in 2023. Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services for the year decreased by 7% - from 3.11 billion rubles to 2.89 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services showed a drop of 13.9% with a result of 578.75 million rubles against 671.96 million rubles in 2023. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers decreased from 1.62 billion rubles to 1.5 billion rubles, that is, by 7.1%.
The report says that the gross profit of the Samsung Research Center on an annualized basis rose by 43.2% - from 242.25 million rubles to 347.02 million rubles. Profit before tax doubled, reaching 617.95 million rubles against 300.33 million rubles in 2023. At the same time, net profit jumped by 127.3% - from 209.38 million rubles to 475.9 million rubles.
Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 284.63 million rubles: this is 15.1% less than a year earlier (335.42 million rubles). Accounts payable rose by 19.9% - from 115.83 million rubles to 138.92 million rubles. Net assets were recorded in the amount of 3.18 billion rubles, while at the end of 2023 they were estimated at about 2.71 billion rubles.[1]
