2020: "Energy's sigma" purchased Saratovgeoneft
At the end of December, 2020 it became known that Arkady Abramovich purchased 100% of a share of the Engels Naphtha, Artamira, Neftepoisk and Saratovgeoneft oil companies. Before the Cyprian firm Ring Oil Holding & Trading which till December 18, 2020 belonged to the businessman Leonid Schneiderman owned assets (enters into his Korsarneft group).
Korsarneft acts as the new owner Energy's Sigma LLC, consulting firm which owner is Arkady Abramovich and also his Sigma Capital LLC company.
The companies purchased by Roman Abramovich's son have licenses for oil sections in the Saratov region, in particular, Timoninsky, Berezovsky, Tavolozhsky, Bolshe-Chalyklinsky sections and also the Naumovsky field. Most of all licenses at Artamira and Neftepoisk. In addition to purchased the companies at the Arcadia oil processing company Zoltav is owned, it has assets in KhMAO and the Saratov region.
As the head of Gekon advice center Mikhail Grigoriev notes, the volume of recoverable oil reserves of the Saratov assets of Korsarneft reaches 6.4 million tons, gas (1 billion cubic meters).
Considering the potential of increase in oil production purchased by Arkady Abramovich of the companies, analysts estimate the transaction at $22-24 million. They assume that for mastering of the Saratov sections the new owner will need to invest the considerable amount of means. From all Saratov companies real revenue was shown only by Artamira (in 2019: 427.2 million rubles of revenue and 112.4 million rubles of a loss), at the others were observed zero indicators. Analysts note that they at Korsarneft can appear not mastered yet, but perspective sections with resources about 130 million tons of oil and 16 billion cubes of gas.[1]
