2018: Creation of the company
Within the tripartite agreement about strategic partnership between Skolkovo Foundation, Schneider Electric and PJSC Rosseti signed in October, 2017 in 2018 the Schneider Electric company created the child legal entity — "Schneider Electric Skolkovo" which will be able to develop further into affiliated enterprise with PJSC Rosseti within implementation of the road map.
The main objectives of "Schneider Electric Skolkovo" to Skolkovo are:
- start of process of commercialization of the localized and modifed SCADA system, the source code and which developers are to Skolkovo;
- the first practical step for start of localization process of complex ADMS technology (Advanced Distribution Management System) which has modular structure.
