2025: Seimer bought 51% of Seller Capital
Microfinance company Seimer acquired 51% of the authorized capital of the microcredit company Assistance XXI, which owns a service for financing sellers on Sellers Capital marketplaces. This was announced in March 2025 by the general director of Seimer Roman Makarov. Information about this also appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. According to Makarov, through this purchase, Seimer wants to gain the position of a leading lender to small and medium-sized businesses. The deal is not directly related to changing regulations.[1]
