ServerLIFT

ServerLIFT is producer of the automated lifting devices for movement of dimensional components of server rooms and DPC. The elevators of the SL-350X Manual, SL-500X Powered and SL-1000X Powered models expected, respectively, 160, 230 and 455 kg of a load. They differ and it is functional. Powered options, unlike more economic Manual, are equipped with a control system of SmartLIFT Control System and the special TouchSTOP Collision Sensor sensor for determination of achievement of the trigger level on height of raising of the transported equipment. The SL-1000X Powered model is supplied with also expanded module for the moved load.

ServerLIFT elevators allow to move elements of DPC much quicker, than manually, accurately, with a minimum risk of its damage. It is rather easy to manage them so special training for personnel will not be required. And one employee where before it was required two will be able to perform necessary transactions.

The solutions ServerLIFT create a safe working environment, eliminating a stress and danger of getting injured by employees and also significantly accelerate transactions of installation and dismantling of the equipment. The modern modular body of servers, DWH and network devices, assume dense "typing" internal a component so the total weight of a ready system quite often exceeds 100 kg. It can rack-mount such system to only three strong men. Using the mechanical or electrified ServerLIFT elevator this transaction will be executed easily by one person, including extraction of the body of packaging.

The product line of ServerLIFT includes 3 main models and accessories:

• The elevator loader of the initial SL-350X level - is mechanical and allows lifting of loads weighing up to 159 kg on height of 2.4 m. Optimal solution at cost.
• The elevator loader of the average level SL-500X – electrified allows lifting of loads weighing up to 226 kg on height of 2.4 m. Has electronic control by lifting of loads and the sensor of overload protection and breakdowns.
• The SL-1000X Super Duty elevator loader is the flagman model allowing lifting of loads weighing up to 455 kg on height of 2.74 m (electrified). It is intended for large DPCs or tasks of large-scale moving of the equipment to DPC.
• As accessories are offered: 1) LE-500Xi frame for convenient extraction of the equipment from packaging; 2) RL-500i support for convenience of installation in an upper part of a rack at low ceilings; 3) the PL-500A platform for equipment installation on a floor height.
