The institute is created in 2008 and already today on the projects developed by specialists of institute such responsible city facilities as reconstruction of Oktyabrskaya Embankment, reconstruction of the traffic intersection on Marshal Zhukov Ave., development of territories of the infrastructure providing connection of the Ladozhsky railway station complex, approaches to the new bridge of the ring road through the Neva River (the right coast), a number of underground and elevated passages of the city, etc. are implemented by construction. The institute also successfully executes projects in Astrakhan, Samara and Yaroslavl, Olympic venues in Sochi.
